Charles R. Porter Jr. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Ohio State University in 1974. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Ohio. Mr. Porter has over 45 years’ experience in real estate sales, leasing, management, and the appraisals of farms, residential, commercial, office, industrial, and special purpose properties. He holds the SRA and MAI desifgnations from the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Porter has provided expert testimony at the Boards of Revision, the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, common pleas courts, federal district courts, and the federal tax court.

Annie is a graduate of Bishop Hartley High School, received her bachelor’s degree from Denison University in 1998, and her MBA from The Ohio State University in 2001. Annie began her career with The Charles R. Porter Company at the age of 16, worked her way up to office manager before becoming a commercial real estate appraiser. Annie recevied her MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2009 and her AI-GRS (general review specialist) designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2019. She has experience in appraising a variety of property types, including office, industrial retail, land, industrial and special purpose.

In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
