Over our last 50 years, we have trained appraisers who have become licensed or certified or have been awarded the designations of the Appraisal Institute. Many of those appraisers now have their own companies, for which we are extremely proud.

We continue to have job opportunities for those who would like to become appraisers and those appraisers who are looking to expand their careers.

Our mentorship program is for those candidates that have had their initial appraisal courses and would like to gain experience to qualify for licensing. The appraisal trainee would shadow an appraiser to gain credit at the same time gain experience in the process of gathering data necessary for a credible appraisal.

For the experienced appraiser, we offer participation in our 401K program and incentives to follow the designation paths to obtain the SRA or MAI designations awarded by the Appraisal Institute.

Clerical positions are also available which can be combined with gaining credible real estate experience while earning an income.
